It’s Thursday and that means I like to think about all the things I am thankful for!
Turns out, being thankful can have many positive health effects. Studies show practicing gratitude can lead to more intimate and connected relationships, less depression, more motivation and engagement, and better overall mental well-being.
I am thankful for the opportunity to share the joy of dance with our community. JDM loves showcasing our dancers and participating in local events. Last Saturday our dancers showed off their moved at Carig Ranch’s first Fun Fit Fair, an event highlighting activities centers around health and wellness!
We would love to share the joy of dance with you too and help keep your children active.
